Her love of literature began in toddlerhood when her mother taught her to read before she even started school. By 9, Jhéanell knew she wanted to be a writer, and at 10, she became a published poet featured among New York’s top young poets. It was in junior high school, inspired by her mother’s romance novels, that she discovered her true calling—romance storytelling. She filled notebooks with handwritten tales of love, dreaming of the stories she would one day share.
